CONTEMPORARY DESIGN ASSOCIATES
This is the consultancy outfit of the group which handles the architectural and other forms of consultancies for her private, Government and Corporate clients. It also plays supervisory roles in the management and execution of the Group’s projects.
Contemporary Design Associates (CDA) has a rich history in project monitoring and evaluation and was the sole consultant in the year 2007 for the Federal Government in monitoring and evaluation of all debt relief funded projects in Delta State, through the Millennium Development Goal initiative (MDG).
CONTEMPORARY PROPERTIES LIMITED
CPL is a subsidiary of Contemporary Group Limited. It started off as an architectural consultancy offering architectural services to Governments, Local authorities, corporate bodies and Individuals. The multi-disciplinary approach, which was required to cope with related disciplines of building engineering, Property consultancy, management and quantity surveying, led to the incorporation of the firm as a Limited Liability company, RC 167516, in 1990. Since its establishment over 32 years ago, the company has been involved in construction and development of many top-class properties in various parts of the country, and has now become a major player in the building industry. Typical examples of project executed by the company include: the Asaba International Airport, the new Delta State secretariat, Federal Road Safety project Asaba, Standard Organisation of Nigeria HQ Lagos and Ekiti, Nigerian Law School Enugu, Appeal Court Enugu, Governor’s Lodge Gombe, and numerous others.
