The development is an ultra-modern residential facility located at Queens drive, Ikoyi, Lagos, designed and Project-managed by Contemporary Design Associate (CDA).
The project comprises of 3 blocks of flats with each block containing eight (8) units of Three (3) bedroom flats. The project contains a total number of 32 luxury flats.
Facilities Include: swimming pool, lawn tennis court, portage services, mini gymnasium, squash court, basketball court and central sewage disposal system etc.
