The Federal Road Safety Marshal Inspectorate Training School Owa-Oyibu, Delta State was built to support the development of Road Safety in Nigeria and prioritize manpower development as an instrument of excellence. The facility is situated in an area that is well suitable for this purpose. It is bounded by a tarred road. The space allocated for the development of this facility is 35.920 hectares and out of which a total of 20.8 hectares of land was used for the project. The project houses multipurpose hall, staff housing, Lecture Hall, Deputy Commandant Residence, Commandant Residence, Male and female hostels, cafeterias, Clinic, Parade ground, administrative block, workshop, Mammy market, Gatehouse and good internal road network.
