Contemporary Design Associates (CDA) is responsible for the design and project management of the Advanced Diagnostics Medical Centre, Owa Alero, Delta State.

This facility will provide standard healthcare to reduce the rate of Mother and Child mortality in Nigeria.

It is a standard specialist hospital which will cater for the medical and surgical healthcare need of both the mother and Child.

The Building is a storey building, which consists of the following facilities:
– Pediatrics (Adult & Children) Section |Observation wards,
– Isolation wards|Private wards| Recovery rooms
-Operating Theatres|Neo-natal Intensive Care Units,
– Labour Rooms (1st & 2nd stage)|Consulting Rooms,
– Outpatient section|antenatal section|Pharmacy section
– Injection/Vitals room|Nurses station| Panel/Server room
– Call room, Laundry, changing room, kitchen & Dining
– Admin office/Account & Records

Other Facilities:
Integration of Medical gas supply systems in hospitals and other healthcare facilities are utilized to supply specialized gases and gas mixtures to various parts of the facility. This was done to eradicate the shortage in supply of medical gases required for the full functionality of the hospital.
The hospital is powered with a 500KVA Generator, 100kva solar power inverter and 500kva, 11/0.415kv Transformers
The space allocated for the development of the project is 18,155sqm.
