The Leisure Park is designed to serve as a city park with its large green areas and prominent vista within the city. The project is designed and project managed by Contemporary Design Associate (CDA) and is expected to serve as a convergence point for visitors and to provide maximum relaxation for healthy living.
The Leisure park is located at Anwai, Delta State, Nigeria and it is being built on a total area of 114,000 sqm.
The facilities Include: Admin Building, Jogging / Walking track, Restaurant / Food court, Car park, Children play area, Youth Play Area, Adult zone, The artificial lake, Zoological Garden, Outdoor sport Area, Extensive Lawns etc
